Reservations

Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a completed and signed booking form.

Payment schedule

20% of total cost as a deposit.

Remainder + security deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival date to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Booking alterations

Subject to availability, all alterations to be made in writing.

Cancellation fee

We reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee if required, details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cleaning

The property and it's contents must be left in a clean and tidy state, with all furniture returned to it's  original position. If the property has not been left in a satisfactory condition then a cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy of 7 (not including infants) must not be exceeded.

Parking

Please use the garage to park any cars, the roadway is narrow and our neighbours need to use it.

Changeovers

Changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise agreed.

Arrival/Departure times

Arrivals 4:00 pm at the earliest, departures 10:00 am at the latest.

Keys

Information on key collection will be forwarded before your arrival.

Security deposit

£100 is payable with the final balance 8 weeks before arrival. This deposit is returned to you, 2 weeks after departure minus any deductions if necessary for excessive breakages/damage.
